UK Delivery Options
- Free delivery for all UK customers who spend over £50
- UK Standard Delivery is £2.50
Please allow 2-4 working days from the time the goods leave our warehouse
- UK Express Delivery is £6
- Please allow 1-2 working days from the time the goods leave our warehouse.
- Orders must be placed by 3pm for this option.
- A signature will be required upon delivery.
- If the order value exceeds £100 we will use a courier service and a signature will be required upon delivery.
- Small Item Charge - For items such as pin badges, keyrings & mini pennants, there is a flat postage charge of £2.50 regardless of how many items in these categories are purchased.
- Sorry, we do not deliver to PO Box addresses
- Item not received - Most UK orders are sent by Royal Mail Track and Trace service. After we have processed and despatched your order, please allow 5 working days for Royal Mail to deliver.
For Royal Mail International orders, please allow up to 2-3 weeks to be delivered. Please note: If you do not receive an order sent by Royal Mail, please contact us and we will investigate. If after investigation, the parcel has been deemed lost, we will either refund you or send you a replacement. In this case, you will be sent a P91 letter (Denial of Receipt Form), which we politely request you return to Royal Mail, to enable us to make a claim. Not returning this form, may delay your refund or exchange.
Europe (EU) Delivery Options
- Europe Standard Delivery is £6.50
- Please allow 5-8 working days from the time the goods leave our warehouse.
- Europe International Recorded Delivery is £14
(Order value up to £70)- For an order value between £50-70, we will use Royal Mail International Recorded Delivery.
- Please allow 5-8 working days from the time the goods leave our warehouse.
- A signature will be required upon delivery.
- Order value £70+ courier service will cost £18
- If the order value exceeds £70 we will use a courier service and a signature will be required upon delivery.
- Please allow 5-8 working days from the time the goods leave our warehouse.

Worldwide Delivery Options (Outside The EC)
- Worldwide Standard Delivery is £8
(Order value up to £50) - Please allow 7-12 working days from the time the goods leave our warehouse.
- For an order value between £50-70, we will use Royal Mail International Recorded Delivery.
- A signature will be required upon delivery.
If the order value exceeds £70 we will use a courier service and a signature will be required upon delivery. In rare cases, there may be additional courier surcharges to pay for some bulky non-UK orders, and we will contact you directly by email should this be the case.
Customs charges for countries outside The EC
Any charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot advise what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country and you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.
Non-Shippable Addresses
Due to contractual obligations with our couriers, we are unable to deliver to certain locations around the world.
If your country is not listed when you are entering a delivery or billing address, then we will not be able to accept your order to deliver to that address. Orders will be processed at our discretion with no recourse.
Returns
Our returns policy is simple, fair and geared towards customer satisfaction. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will offer a refund of the value of the product or we will exchange it for an alternative product provided that it was returned to us within 30 days of purchase and still in perfect condition. If there were a fault with the garment, we would refund the price of the product all shipping charges. Please securely wrap the goods and send the package by Recorded Delivery with a copy of the original receipt. SPORTING KICKS cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in the post or non-delivered items. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under English law and you are still entitled to the standard 7-day cooling off period as outlined in the Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulations Act 2000.
Cancellation
Should you wish to cancel your order for whatever reason, you can do so within 7 days of receiving the goods.* The customer will be entitled to a full refund as specified in The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. (* We regret that we are unable to offer order cancellations for sealed videos, software or audio items)
Tax
Where applicable, all prices for goods quoted on this website are inclusive of tax. For all purchases made in the UK and Europe, the price includes VAT at a standard UK rate of 20%. Books and children's clothing do not include VAT and so therefore are exempt. For all customers purchasing goods outside of Europe, you will not be liable to pay UK VAT, and so any purchase of adult clothing or souvenirs will have 20% automatically deducted from the price (yippeeee!). Unfortunately, an import duty may be levied to your purchase once it has reached the destination country (boooooo!). Because these levies are all set locally we cannot guide you on the exact amounts.
Complaints
With any business, there will always be circumstances that arise which can cause reason for complaint. We do not profess to be perfect but we will treat each and every customer's comments with fairness, confidentiality and speed. Should any of our customers have reason to be unsatisfied with either the product or service that they have received, we will deal with the matter effectively, communicating our acknowledgement within 2 working days with an aim to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Every customer is openly invited to contact us to give general feedback or comments about specific issues. All orders are shipped between 2-10 days subject to availability but please allow 28 days.
